I just got my three oriental rugs back, and all I can say is “wow!” They look even more brilliant and lovely than when I purchased them. I must admit that, when they were completely saturated by the flood, I was quite worried. I needn’t have bee. You were such a life-saver: arranging to have them picked up the very next morning---even though the truck was already out. Everything worked like you said it would. They were at my apartment by 9AM and were so helpful in laying out the rugs for me. I can hardly wait to tell everyone I know that there IS no other place to send rugs.
P.S. I can also hardly wait to tell the man in my apartment building who thinks LI Carpet does an “OK” job. “OK” is not okay, when one can easily get “perfect!”
